MANILA - It's definite. "The Wedding" of award-winning actress Anne Curtis will push through.
Starting June 29, the "Dyosa" star will make a much-awaited comeback in ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida via the romance-light drama "The Wedding."
In the series, Curtis will work with actors Zanjoe Marudo and Derek Ramsay as her newest leading men.
Curtis plays the role of Candice De Menes, a loving daughter who will do everything to prevent her parents from separating.
In Candice’s desperate attempt to save her parents’ relationship, she sets up a ruse and enlist the help of Marlon (Marudo), a poor engineer working for her father. The two will pretend that they are engaged. Candice’s initial scheme develops into a full-fledged whirlwind romance leading to preparations for a real wedding.
But what if Candice’s first and great love, Warren (Ramsay), the Mr. Right she has been waiting for so long, returns to claim her back?
What will Candice choose – a love worth fighting for or a love worth waiting for?
"The Wedding,” with its original story, wit and fresh take on love, is all set to revolutionize primetime television.
Joining Curtis and her leading men are seasoned stars Eula Valdez, Michael De Mesa, Alwyn Uytingco, Mich Dulce and Irma Adlawan. (ABS-CBNNEWS.COM)
