Christina was born on 18th december, 1980 in Staten Island New York. She was growing with her brother and sisters in Wexford, Pennsylvania and she always wanted to be a performer. Her career as a singer started at schools talent show. Christina became a star overnight, when she sent demo tape to the producers of the Disney's Mulan. Her first popular single was Genie in a Bottle which was sold in more than 250.000 copies within one week of being released.
